Property Taxes Appeal of MI 3:35AM March 24, 2012

I have recently just signed a purchase agreement and my purchase is suppose to close late September. It would be great if they extended the deadline for the contract as well as the closing date to the end of the year. I am a first time buyer earning well under 200,000 (in fact no where near the 6 figure mark). Maybe if they extended the credit to those whose earnings are under a certain amount, then it would really help those who need help the most.

i agree with the other posters i to have found a home to purchase. my first deal went south after we had an inspection on the home and found extensive repairs had to be made, so i had to walk away from that deal with my head hung low because i knew i wasnt going to get the tax relief to help me and my daughter get our feet solidly on the ground. i pray that you extend this tax relief.espicially for the single parent out there who are trying to have a piece of a dream that the average family have A HOME TO CALL THEIR OWN.

Hi Mr.President Im a 24 year old single parent looking to purchase my first home it would be a great deal if you could extend the program until the end of the year. This is for all the single moms trying to make it happen for their families.

I agree please Mr. President extend it for all of us that have struggled to get the closing date i had the 30th of June but had to change it to the middle of July. Plus the people didnt sign the contract till after April 30th. It would be great to get it extended to the end of the year. It will help alot of us do some fixes with that tax credit to help improve our homes and pay off some debts. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please with a cherry on top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Please extend program at least a little bit longer for people who are having trouble finding and closing a loan. Most importantly, we are all struggling here to actual find a loan that we'll get approve for and on top of that, the economy is so bad that we're struggling to save enough money for the closing cost and all that other side payments that keeps adding up. I know I'm having that issues and FHA loan takes longer to close. Please re consider, esp for first time buyer!!! I know it has been extended once but not everyone knows about this program and when they do, it's finalize. I know I did due to that fact of working 6 days a week with two kids and bearly 6 hours of sleep every week. Life is a struggle, you've got to hear us out!!!!

I look for house from February of this year, when end of April, I sign a contract with a seller, when I go to mortgage, they use for 40 days till June 15, they tell

me they can not loan to me, the mortgage make me no time to find new mortgage and can not to continue to buy the house that because the seller want to sell as soon as possible.

as a benefit for first home buyer, we hope the government give the first home buyer more time to find the house and close the house, the fair thing is every first buyer can really enjoy this benefit.
