I am Filipino my age is 41 years old. I am now recently reciding in China. I applied this job and the company hired me as Business Manager for furniture manufacturing and interior fittings manufacturer. For al i know this job is more likely with my previous job as sourcing and product development Manager in a furniture sourcing office.

I am now at my Fourth day and i have not recieve my contract to sign and company roles to sign and specially my scope of work.

Now, The General Manager wnats to talk to me, my clue was maybe he wants to talk about my scope of work or maybe he just want to know more about me.

Do anyone of you can gave me some ideas on what to do next or what is my best move to get in this job more and stay longer?

how do i tell my pastor, he is causing division in my ministry without hurting his feeling. By reconizing everyone except one of the most important ministry in the church, the ushers who work very hard.

"los felicito por todos somos unos sabios y podemos" <----- Leelo colombiano sabio. Ya...? Pefecto. "Por todos somos?" Para ser un sabio tienes muchas faltas de (coherencia!!) gramatica compadre.

Sometimes you have to ask what the deal is. Walk with the manager, find out if you are getting everything done that needs to be done and also see if there is anything you can do to better yourself.

Good Luck to all and work hard

PS. being a manager the thing i hate the most is people showing up late and people that dont get anything done.

I've been having the same problem. I'm 22 and I love my job, but lately my boss has been making it very hard. She blames things on me when I wasnt even working. I've been treated different from the rest. I work hard and pick up after my coworkers. I cant just quit my job. So tomorrow I'm going to go talk to her. I'm kinda scard...I really dont like doing this...But I have the right to be treated with respect.

Kate I really hope you can find away to fix this. Sadly this is part of life.

Good luck to the both of us!!

i have a boss who is really mean to mean, and she kind of sets me apart by discrimintating me alot, and she really has a way of embarrasing me and making me feel terrible. It makes going to work very very dificult, and i just don't know how to deal with it, i'm only 17 and i talked to my parents and they said to quit, what should i do?
