Be the Guy (or Gal) Behind 'Dark Knight'

Everything this lady says about being a positive, pro-active, employer-focused worker is good advice. Hooking this to The Dark Knight, though, is about the nuttiest thing I've ever seen.

And the idea that (average) smart employees were behind price increases and take-out at Chili's? No. You're stretching here.
