We don't want to say too much or share bad news unnecessarily, but we also don't want to keep them out of the loop on something they need to know. When it comes to those conversations, employees can really distinguish themselves with over-information and manipulation, or with concise and useful communications.

Video Résumés Are a Really Bad Move

About 1 in 4 said the screen-time sell was OK. That figure actually seems surprisingly high.

Gratitude Seems to Make People Angry

From one comment: "I am sure that the top 1 percent would like to see all complaining stop. How else are they going to get away with stealing a decade's worth of economic opportunity from the middle class?"
