Obama's Change Was Moderate Before, Too

Barak Obama has obviously learned from the errors made by Jimmy Carter. It's important to have professionals who know how to make something happen in government. That's the only way things happen. Carter? He ignored the Beltway and, as a result, was a one term president even though he is a genius.
