3,000 FBI Jobs More Popular Than 12,000 Vegas Jobs?

Yesterday, an under-construction mega-development in Las Vegas announced it was hiring for 12,000 new jobs. The FBI also announced it was hiring for about 3,000 new jobs.

Today, the FBI announcement is all over the web, while the Vegas buzz has been pretty quiet. Interesting.

What are these two entities looking for?

CNN reports on the FBI's help-wanted list:

The lengthy list of openings includes positions in finance and accounting, security, intelligence analysis, training and education, nursing and counseling, physical surveillance, electrical engineering, physical and social sciences, and auto mechanics.

The Las Vegas CityCenter--a joint venture between MGM Mirage and a conglomerate run by the Dubai government--says that jobs will be available in "food and beverage, hotel operations, casino operations, retail management, entertainment, finance, human resources, facilities, security and more."

Apply for the FBI jobs here and the CityCenter jobs here (the website is pretty sweet).
