May God bless him in this life and whereever he goes thereafter. Noble souls like him are the true imprints of the Divine and the rest just throw of the dice and play of the cards - one never knows what he will be up against

In a world where there are so many psycopaths as CEO's of companies who could care less about anyone, flying in their private airlplanes and receiving millions in payouts and so on. It is a breath of fresh air to say the least that there is a man like Leornard Abess Jr. who has such a compassionate and charitable heart. He is a testiment that the Divine can still work through us if we let It. Mr. Abess should receive an award just like Captain Sully who saved the flight that fell into the Hudson River.

We need to hail our heros and award them for their greatness as they are examples to the rest of us of how to live. Especially in today's world where there are such few people left that are expamples of what the true nobility of man and the divinity of sprit really are.

I was so very pleased to see Leonard Abess, Jr., reconized at President Obama's speech. I worked for Leonard Abess, Sr., and Jr., for 15 years at City National Bank of Hallandale, that was the BEST job I ever had. Mr. Abess Sr., & Jr., are fine gentlemen, and have always had their employees come first in all respects. It does not surprise me that Leonard Abess Jr., shared the proceeds of the bank sale with his employees. I wish him good health and continued success.

I do not get it...in the corporate world you have to go through a hiring process and hope to get a job offer, then for the first 6 months to a year pray that you are good enough to keep the job! Now you hire the ex CEO of Home Depot (WHAT?) and expect that he would do a better job somewhere else? Did they know that while at Home Depot he walked around with armed body guards around his own employees (um, what’s wrong with this picture?)

Please Mr. President hire a good honest man or woman with a proven record.

Accountability has been out of the picture for far too long!
