Government Job Applications Could Get Easier

The way the system is now the Federal Government does not have a chance of finding the best candidate for the position they are trying to fill. I am considered at the top of my field by everyone I work with; however, I was subjected to this form letter by the Department of Interior "This is to notify you that your score/rating was not within reach for referral to the selecting official. Therefore, your name will not be to the selecting official at this time." The person that wrote this has no business evaluating anyone. Learn to write and do spell checks first.

I am so frustrated that I am going to use the services that do everything for you in terms of writing the KSA's and resume. What a total farse or system is. We have allowed idiots to gain control of our system and that is really sad.
