Sorry, that first sentence should say "...discussed in it say a snap decision"

I've been reading "Blink" and according to the author and some studies discussed in it a snap decision isn't necessarily a bad one. If the decision is made within three minutes then you only have to be REALLY impressive right when you meet them. Then you can relax a bit and be regularly impressive.
If the snap decisions are biased then I guess the psychologist can only be good news, especially if they're also just asking job related questions.
