Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for sharing the link. I agree that diversification and asset allocation did and will continue to play a major role in TDF return and volatility. This goes to one of my points that TDFs do not equate to low risk. As an advisor to several 401(k) plans I find that this is a common misconception among many plan participants.
