You are correct that lowering investment fees is crucial. Then I must ask why you are associated with the Mutual Fund Store, which adds ANOTHER layer of very expensive management costs to a portfolio. Adding 1.5% to a managed mutual fund's expense of 1% or greater can basically wipe out any potential of excess return. One is left with all the risk, and none of the potential gain.
