Why is the Ohio Headquarters of 5th and Third bank going bankrupt and are in receivership when they owe an investor 1 billion dollars in a Pooling Auto Trust Class A and Class B. They manage a minimum allocation of 6 million dollars that is agreed upon to stay open? If they give the Quarterly Dividend to the Investor they will avoid a Take over and another Name Change By an out of state bank and Lose the in state corporate tax, and Federal Tax Allocation. Like LA Fitness V Bally Total Fitness.
