Its horrible here in Florida everyone is upside on their mortgage no help from the government or mortgage companies. If it wasn't for www.loanmodassistant.com I would have lost my home. They walk you through the process of talking to your lender to get a lower rate and payment. If anyone needs mortgage help I'd talk to them Oh and I used code "tomsdiscount" I dont know if it still works or not but it saved me $50 off the price of the modification help

The housing we need is for singles, such as the homeless and now near-homeless. We need 2-room apartments, a lot of them, that can rent for $100 a week, utilities included. Homebuilders----go for it.

If it weren't for the fact that illegal aliens from Mexico were doing a big share of the work on new houses before the bust, our unemployment rate would be much higher. Many of them just went home and were not "counted".
