It really sad when the US DOJ prosectuors can ignore the constitution and cause a US Senate seat to swing from Republican to Democrat by withholding evidence. I wonder if the ACLU will be helping Senator Stevens sue those whose behavior cuased this injustice. I bet not.
We all should be afraid when this type of behavior goes unchallenged. Long jail terns should be mandated for all who participated in withholding evidence. I wonder how many others are in jail due to behavior such as this?
