Before a flight from La Guardia airport-NY-Fla; my handbag was pilfered with & I was a victim of theft during the hand luggage screening process..I did not detect it until we were in Mia. & filed a report at the airport..It was also reported to the TSA. The Mia. detectives told me that it is a frequent problem out of La Guardia..that the agents work as a team. I had a wallet & pouch with valuables stolen....air travel cetainly is no pleasure....it is ironic that while traveling we have to protect ourselves from those who should be protecting us.

Currently there are 60 major oil fields on the earth. 56 of those fields are in serious decline. Since oil is a "declining resource" the price of oil will increase for the rest of time, just like gold. The short sightedness of the industry mavans is mind boggling. Airlines in their current form are doomed and their loss is going to thump our economy a good one.
