Brad King, are you blaming this on the muslims now ? I don't know too many muslims running world banks. Sorry but you can't blame this catastrophe on them.

We need people serving in Congress and the House that knows how hard it is to survive and raise a family in todays economy. People who have worked ordinary jobs like a truck driver, waitress, teacher,plumber,nurse,cashier,etc. They know how hard money is to come by in ordinary life. They would think twice about spending money for bridges to no where, commode seats for the Pentagon for $7,000.00, and the countless other stupid ways, they sit on their bloated butts and waste tax money. They should be held accountable for their spending and forced to pay tax payers back out of their personal assests for wasteful spending. People need to MARCH on Washington daily, to show their disgust with the Federal Government. People sit back and let everything just pass on by without speaking out, again and again till you are heard. This is how we lose our rights and freedom by not standing up and being heard.
I agree with R.A. of NV, It does not require a law degree to make a good representive for the people that send you to Washington. I think of Davy Crockett, he was a husband, father, farmer,hunter, soldier and politican. He did not even have a high school diploma. He was paid very little to nothing for his service in Washington. He would be home planting a crop , when they would send for him. He dropped what he was doing and headed to Washington to serve his country. I know things are much more complicated now than they were then. I am just saying men like him had his heart and mind in the right place. They put the people they represented first and had a great love for the welfare of this country. It seems like the majority in Washington today could care less about all the people, just their special interest groups. They have set forth to ruin the country with reckless spending and deprive our citizens of our rights to make decisions for ourselves. I have no desire to be a Socialist, too many Americans of all nationalities and races have died to give me the freedoms I enjoy today.

I believe all the people who say they do not believe in God should open his book and see what he has to say about the times we are in . It is all in there only the blind could not see it. I'm not talking a physical blindness I am talking a spiritual blindness. The kind the devil wants the world to have. Jesus is the way the truth the life and he came to save the world that crucified him. He loves us so much and as a country as a nation we need to pray for mercy pray for forgivness not only for ourselves but for the world that has turn their hearts away from Jesus away from our God. Pick up the book if you don't believe in it. Read it, see whats there. What do you have to lose some time, oh but you stand to gain is eternal life with a God that loves you. Loves you so much he sent his son to die for you. "Jesus" is the truth the absolute truth. Read it Science only proves the Bible to be truth over and over again.

Sadly I wouldn't say we are on the verge of Armegeddon, but more likely a serious Great Depression. Considering we haven't even counted our unemployed people properly since we changed the way they were counted back in 1980 our numbers aren't even accurate. Wall Street is still doing the same old crap that got us in this mess in the first place, and nothing has changed. I think most of the politicians are just too afraid to take this on because it is like a giant snowball rolling down hill. Quite frankly if we did confront this head on we would probably start a world wide financial catastrophe.

We have glamorized too long all the pencil pushers we sent to Congress. These people do not represent what the public wants, they represent money paid ideas that will be self interest oriented and not ours ! get it ? If we will make a statistical base what kind of profession most of these people are in, you will be surprised "LAWYERS" and they represent currently aside from a car salesman the group of professionals the public are liable not to TRUST.We have to elect people who can build or can create industry jobs those that can create and satisfy human economic needs. Sueing each other and court activities does not create tangible jobs.They create enormouse paper trail to be thrown into storage. Some of this people do not have self pride, they follow anybody with money like a slave worst than dogs. If you don't believe me, just observe them in their fancy misleading costumes. Of course not all are "LAWYERS ARE "of this kind, of the 100% there are probably 10% who are really on the other good side of the fence. We the people should wake up now and not allow politician dictate the future of our children and of this country.

Something else to consider and religious zeal and certainly global warming don't effect it at all. Has anyone taken a moment to grasp what might or would happen if these massive earthquakes we are experiencing hit an unexpected, unprepared area? Are we ready to handle that? Would such a cataclysm in New York or Washington, D.C. be not only a debacle on a human scale , but push this once proud nation over the cliff metaphorically speaking into bankruptcy or a depression? That is NOT fear mongering or the end of times fanaticism. I think that it is a legitimate point of debate. The Bible does speak of earthquakes in far away places that have never known them before. And before anyone starts sneering, let them answer my original question. What ensues? It could so bad and heartbreaking as to drive a good person to a breakdown. I can't stop it if it's coming and neither can you, but it is a grim point worth at least a passing grim thought. It truly is becoming a MORE scary world each day, isn't it?
