Living within your means and not over extending is the trick. That’s what gets people and especially governments in trouble. The iPhone app, Purchases Tracker, has helped my family take control of our spending and cash flow. It helped us to cut out those purchases that we did not realize we were making and we have moved that money over to our retirement accounts. We are now back on track for our retirement, thanks to the iPhone app, Purchases Tracker by Suburbia Apps.

The reason for most wealth inequality is the fact that the U.S. does not use American money. Our nation’s money supply, with the exception of coins, is provided by a banking cartel made up of commercial banks, twelve regional reserve banks and the central Federal Reserve in Washington. Using fractional reserve lending formulas, the banking system writes bank credit to itself, lending it to the government and public as the principal of loans.
Every Federal Reserve note and dollar in the economy is somebody’s debt, with interest due to the banking system. The banking system and their corporations constantly drain money from the economy.
The total debt equals the nation’s money supply. It stands at $56.7 trillion with annual interest of $3.75 trillion (6.61% APR). At this rate, the interest payments will transfer the entire money supply to the banking cartel in fifteen years, one month and fourteen days.

"Conservative economic policies, as well as changes to the tax code that favored wealthy Americans, caused an uptick in income growth for the rich". What a bunch of drivel. Looking at the growth of government and the national debt, I'd argue that conservative economic policies have not been practiced for at least a generation. Liberal economic policies of course have nothing to do with our present situation. Like I said, what a bunch of drivel.

HH, I'm not sure why you felt compelled to critique Kathy Clark's situation. I appears you used the fact of her widowhood for your convenience as in adding the SS payments to her salary, but purposely chose to ignore the fact that her mortgage was based on a two-income family. Her current financial situation is caused by her husband's untimely death and the loss of his income. I doubt you would want to trade places with her. Your advice was demeaning and insensitive.
