REALLY? Did you fact check this article? I cover retail trends and they were one of the very last retailers to launch an app and it had all kinds of bugs then they launched it...just a couple months ago. They do have the mobile checkout but stores aren't actively using it (go in a store and you won't see one). On social media, somebody responded to me from a call center in middle America, not from their HQ office in Seattle which tells me they've outsourced it to another state. I've been greatly disappointed with Nordstrom over the past couple months. (I also heard they couldn't keep some of their best social media talent which was also surprising to hear.)
