Ukraine has the priciest sovereign credit-default swaps for the first quarter of the year, according to CMS Datavision. As the government tries to solve the crisis, Ukrainians are getting squeezed. Kiev, one of the oldest and proudest capitals in Europe, has had to shut down free clinics and schools and increase the price of public transportation in order to close a deficit.
