I like the article but I found it worthwhile that others have said that the key to starting a business is to lose the fear of initiation, such as at startingyourownbusinessovernight (dot) com, where there is a marvelous story about a successful entrepreneur who launched his business as a kid selling his mom's cupcakes.

I have been toying with a business Idea from 2004. I have not beeen able to start because of lack of funds. I have bad credit and no cash. But I have this dream that one day it will materialize. It is a RE Brokerage. My dream is to own one. Too many listings to walk away from.

Like many, I am interested in starting a business. Where and how to start is my largest hurdles. This is good knowledge, and will spend a great deal of time researching what it will take to get my business off the ground.
