worst customer service, they don't have any clue of anything....My account, for no reason, is been under review for more than a month and they don't say why or when is going to be normal again. So far I cannot add minutes or even renew my subscription.
Honeymoon is over with magic jack....
So bad since it worked fine with me.

The box work very well in USA or foreign country. Highly recommended. But, But the Live Agents are weak! They don't have the tool to call USA (probably from India, I guess) to solve my porting issue. I had porting request since 3/13/2012 and failed everyday. Tried again and again, contact Live Agent everyday still failed. Even many of their top 10% agents still could not solve the porting issue. And auto cancelled the porting request after 14 days. I got a toll free number from iTalkBB and gave them the number to call because the porting services did not want to talk to the End User. Nobody agreed to call. Who knows, Maybe " No adults are home, not allowed to call the strangers with the other porting services."

The worse customer service ever. They send me an offer, and charged me twice. After contacting them, they refunded the offer with the promo, and kept the double charges without promo. I asked to close the account, and Destiny, one of the top rated agents they have (they told me) offered me to close the account without refund?????

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! spoke with an agent then I requested for a supervisor. She refused to tranfer me and said that I should dial again if I wanted to speak with one.

I bought a magic jack in 2009 and used it in conjunction with windows vista 32 bit O/S. I was very happy. I have now upgraded to a window 7 64 bit O/S. Now the Magic Jack doesn’t work most of the time. I now spend all the promised saving talking the magic jack customer support.
My experience, Magic Jack was good not anymore. Hopefully you will work addressing this issue soon.
I wish magic jack has a customer service e-mail address log complains.
Magic Jack, how about a customer service e-mail address in order to provide feedback directly to magic jack instead of posting comments on public web sites?

It seems that magic jack are big liars and thiefs, I just applied for the 30 days trail, and they did deduct the amount from my credit card immediately, and their web site gave the message “We are not able to process your payment method”, I tried to look for an email address for the customer service with no luck, they only keep you in a loop in their knowledge base….
I do not want their service I want my money to be refunded back to my credit card…..
