Interesting, well written article on a subject I knew little about. The ideas were quite refreshing.

Without very extenuating circumstances, significant ones, allowing ex employees to come back will send a signal that your company has a safety net...and anytime you can leave to test out a new job, you will.
On the otherhand, this is written for employees returning, so obviously they have a company who allows this.
