That's true, however hospitals don't have enough social workers to do the job. I end up playing social worker, nurse, nurse's aide, charge nurse, phlebotomist and respiratory therapist on a daily basis. If you are a social worker in a hospital, you should be the first to know that patients are not getting what they need and deserve
