This would sure gut most resumes down to a few lines as most people's "accomplishments" (like mine) are not measurable nor quantifieable. I have assisted dozens of people in prblem resolution. Do I list their names rather then make the statement that "I've helped resolve dozens of issues"? Also solving 1-2 issues a week badly weakens my value as one would wonder what else I do all week (research issues mostly). Your method sounds good on paper but would gut a lot of people's resumes making them appear nearly useless. Such advice applies to only the most experienced workers who have well defined measurables.
