Chipotle places a high priority on upward mobility—creating an environment where high-performing employees can move up the company's ladder. If you're interested in a corporate job at Chipotle, head to the company's website. If you're interested in joining a "restaurant crew," apply in person at the restaurant. You should, however, also check out the company's job listings, which include addresses of restaurants that are hiring.

From Canada is correct. It is a tough market out there right now. Supply and Demand...how would you select your next candidate for a position when 600 have applied? I've been out of work for over a year...automotive. I live in the Metro Detroit area and competition is tough for ex-automotive workers. I have worked with consultants and had my resume professionally done. I have a MBA and don't mind admitting that I needed to get a resume out there that would get noticed. It has. At least I am getting contacts and interviews. My fellow co-workers are not. No one is trying to condemn, it's just the facts. Good luck to everyone out there looking for employment right now. There are a lot of web sites that can help with resumes. The key is using the right words. Again the best of luck to all.

Its eazy to condemn others than helping..............instead of finding mistakes in others u better keep quit or help the lady

To the woman who posted her resume: if that is your actual resume, you should really consider going to a friend or professional to write a decent resume; you have tons of spelling errors and it is just very bad layout. I'm sure there are career counselors that help with this, and I'm sure they would be good to go to for help finding a job anyway.
