I like watching "Dirty Jobs" and I think a lot of it is very interesting. It's fun to watch. The people are so interesting. I think it's a great show! I think that Mike Rowe is very interesting! It's very entertaining. It really teaches you a lot of what dirty jobs look like that most people wouldn't otherwise see. Great Show!!!

In 1981 I traveled across the the United States, It took me six months and I met a lot of Americans along the way, I always found them friendly and hostitable. This is just what I see when I watch Dirty Jobs. I was brought up on a farm in the center of England and have done my share of dirty jobs, it's the people that make this program so interesting and fun. It's very important that the unsung hearo's who underpin the infrsastructure of the world are shown to the rest of us. Mike Rowe and Discovery have produced very good tv, a rare thing these days.

As a service person in the private water business I often had to get down and dirty repairing a waterline in an animal facility. No matter how one tries to keep the manure etc off yourself it cannot be done. Thawing a frozen water line in a hog house or cattle barn sometimes requires thawing the manure. It stinks, is messy, and necessary. When people complained that it stunk I would reply that it smelled like money to me.
