Huntsville Alabama - Do not relocate to take a job here. I have worked in many cities and after 5 years it's amazing how this state has failed to move into the 21st century. If you do relocate you are going to become trapped in a system where undependable and unmotivated people have no desire to better themselves. How can there be no quality process or continuous process improvement in 2011. No desire to better this place. Eveything have to become a crisis before anyone will deal with the problem.
