How come I don't see A.P. Møller - Mærsk in this list? It should even be on the top ten. Mærsk really takes good care of its employees, an exciting organization to work for, seriously. =)

This annual absurdity is comical and right out of Dilbert. How many of these "Top 50" companies penalize their employees if they don't complete the survey "properly". I worked for a marine supply retailer and if anyone in our store criticized the company none of us got raises. For some reason they never seemed to make the list and that just increased the pressure each time the survey came around.
