Jobless Rate Falls, But Employment Remains Bleak

In Kenya situation remain the same poor remain be poorer.

It has been discouraging moment when i enter for an interview and left not knowing whether i have been recruited or not days, months years pass by not having even a regret letter from the interviewer or the concerned organisation.
It is the most painful moment and employers should be flank about it.
This practice has discourage many people and trust has been lost among the interviewer and interviewed.
Is it done be to confirm people to their positions?
i have been to such interview and i have been such much discouraged
