"A trash" is in INDIA, says same thing

What are the total number of job vacancies? I ask because I constantly see Now Hiring Signs up for weeks? Do the number of unemployed have the skillset for the available jobs? The unemployment number also includes people that were layed off or downsized that received severance packages but want to use unemployment before going to look for work. How many unemployment fraudulent claims are reported? This is information I would like to see.

I don't know what went wrong with the unemployment people? Are they lazy? The reason is that I work a full-time job (from 7:30am-5:30pm). After this, I work another part-time job at Oceaneering from 7-Midnight and many weekend days too (like Saturday usually work from 12-16 hours). Too busy...!

I have a couple problems with the stats:
1) the number of unemployed starts with 16 years of age. Those kids should be in school. At least start with legal age of adulthood 18 yrs old.
2) Average time out of work: 40 months. AVERAGE I would rather see the mean to get a more clear picture.
