We should have paternity leave, so that excuses about "rationally" acting against women could be at least equal among sexes. Singles would still be preferred over married probably, but at least there wouldn't be sexism.

Man, this is going to be bad for busines if this keeps up. Imagine the scenario where more woman than men are in the workforce and demanding these benefits - no need to imagine, the day has arrived!

If women represent more than 50% of the US population, how can they be a minority?

I agree. It's not politically correct of course, but new moms take a huge toll on teams in the workplace. Our team curently has several new moms on leave or just coming back and it is so difficult to re-distribute the work and then have to reintegrate them back into the work flow again a couple of months later.

I wonder if all woman believe that they can "have it a''," or if some wise woman realize that you can't do both really well. Either the career or the chhild will suffer and usually it's both.

I'm just curious, are women really that "in demand" in the workforce? Everywhere you turn these days someone is demanding equal pay, now new moms are being encouraged to demand extra benefits including free money. I guess I wasn't aware that there was such a high demand for women in the workforce.
