Stress is the result of negative emotions and beliefs that occur when a person feels unable to cope with the demands of their environment.

Most people experience their biggest stress at work. Although the seven suggestions presented may be helpful, all most all of them are "after the fact".

Teaching people to recognize their triggers of negative emotions and teaching them simple, easy to use, proven techniques to transform negative emotions into positive emotions and behaviors would lead to better "in the moment" solutions. That way the stress won't build up throughout the day.
