As hiring manager I would not look favorably upon a candidate that had to use a crutch to get through an interview.

If you work in IT, particularly online design it's a powerful way to display your portfolio.

If you are in a meeting or watching a presentation, ipads and mobile phones should be turned off. That's so rude.
