yea you are so right. Iwant to bcome a millionaire. My mom spends and my dad is an aloholic. I am trying to find the balance. IN find it hard to separate my needs from my wants! Do u have any suggstions!!

It's just like LOTTO winners. Almost all of 'em end up broke. I don't have any sympathy for them. I and millions of others work hard, sometimes 2 jobs and don't make in ten year what these people make in a month. I don't see how they can't get by on over $700,000 a month and some families are doing it on less than $3,000 (notice, only ONE COMMA). These people don't need financial advisers, they need someone to kick em' in the butt and wake em' up! What were these people doing BEFORE becoming rich and famous? They were probably just like me, barely scraping by, and you'd figure they would be smarter than they are and feel incredibly blessed and use the life skills they gained and used while they were poor to provide for themselves. But, I guess money makes you dumb. Let me borrow a couple of million....somebody would be doing just fine...living comfortably on the interest!

Cant beat the feeling
Infact I readily cannot say NO to all these peice here.
I am quite frank as i express my desires to appreciate these.Its is not all that is Beautiful that is needed, and not all that is Needed is Beautiful.
Good and lovely would i say to that effect.Aa i just recently read of these quote ; Bling doesn't make a millionaire--and in fact, too much of it can prevent you from ever becoming one.

They think they are entitled to "live like royalty"..their lifestyles become obscenely narcissistic...even Oprah with her billions, which could take care of most of our needy elderly in her own ountry...lives lavishly. "Fame is fleeting"--and they really don't work any harder than the rest of us...

All these suggestions are great suggestions, albeit fairly basic. I think the only grounbreaking suggestion is the idea of "Just sayin[ing] No" to family, friends and charities. The principle here is sound. You have to know your limits. And I think you also have to know when you're dumping funds into quicksand (financing your drunk uncle, or funding charities with questionable CEO salaries and fringe benefits, for example).
But I think, given a social climate where lots of people and communities face inescapable hardship, where some fortunate few have a whole lot of excess and access, a better suggestion might have been:
MAKE A PLAN FOR GIVING. Charitable contribution and financial bootstraps for friends and family should be budgeted, just like everything else. Anyone who goes to church has heard the 10% suggestion for giving back. Even giving 5% of a wealthy person's income, particularly for someone with a whole lot of money, makes a big difference to a lot of charities and, frankly, to family and friends who have supported those "rock stars" (or the average well-off joe) in various ways over the years.
