As long as Corporations are allowed to take away consumers Constitution rights by forcing Arbitrations agreements for employment and purchases how can this new group enforce rules on corporations. "The financial system can't be stabilized without stabilizing families". Most Families have problems because they do not have the protectons of our laws. Our Government gave our Corporations to much power and now they are creationing the problems. What happen to "WE The People" have equal rights, Not so equal any more!
Whistleblowers families, think twice before speeking up. Corporations will destroy you and keep you unemployed with the protection of our wonderful laws.

I work in the payday industry and feel as though we are the villains even though banks can charge anyone whatever they want.
While regulation is necessary for all financial institutions, I hope that Congress and this new agency find a middle ground so that the fees are fair for consumers but payday lending companies can still remain profitable despite the major risks they take in lending to subprime consumers.
