I want to need Valid Credit Card.How will I do to get it.I live in
Myanmar.I have only FEC note(Myanmar Government defined that it is same value with American dollar(1FEC=1US$). So,I've trouble to get credit card account.Please advice me.Thank You.

Unfortunately as I was rowing up, noone taught us the budgeting, I heard the word budget several years after I arrived in canada.I am now well over the age of retirement. I started ti save a little after I separated from my wife and washable to save a little. Now I understand how important it is to have saved to be comfortable and secured. Whatever I earn from my retirement is mine , after deducting taxes. I have no debth. I have visa gold credit card for several yearsand due is fully paid each month.
I am an impulse buyer and I want to correct this habit. Sometimes I bring the goods and never use it.
I want to stop impulse buying habit but I find it difficult to break this habit and I am seeking help.
