Praise the added carbs, really! some of those prepared dishes sound disgusting and not so healthy for diabetics or anyone else.

Such great and easy to do tips! We are a green family and eat lots of whole fresh foods while minimizing the processed stuff as much as possible! I love that you say to build your meals around the grains and fruits/veggies because that's what we do in our home! We like to have mostly fruits, vegetables and whole grains like Kamut Wheat, quinoa and wild rice with a smaller portion of meat to go with. Our kids even love it and we also drink only water...healthy and saves money!

Have you ever heard of a place called "123 Get Samples" on the web, they give out a free samples of major brands to promote their products. I just got mine.
