They will just keep printing money and we`re going to have a currency crisis that will make the recession of 2008 seem like a trip to Disney World

The U.S. is in decline, but this has been masked by astronomical public and private borrowing to keep up the standard of living, cutting far off pensions instead of wages, etc. Historic levels of immigration keep wages down and jobs scarce. Illegal and Tedian immigration create a vast new underclass enjoying first class public benefits. Competition with low wage global labor is just getting started. Natural resource crises will soon begin piling up, such as peak oil, CO2 emissions. Changing demographics will add ethnic power struggles in Washington to the political ones of today. Washington is too neurotically paralyzed to change being on the wrong track.

Glad I don't have any kids.
