"These average sales-price premiums appear to be comparable to the investment that homeowners have made in PV, excluding installation costs". Why would you exclude installation costs? These costs are hugh and really need to be accounted for.
If my bill went from $200 a month to zero, it would still take me over 20 years to "break even" on this deal and by that time I would have a system that was getting close to it's end of estimated life!
Prices need to come down a lot more than this before I buy one of these!
