Most of the software you list is not free software. It is gratis software. The word "free" in "free software" refers to liberty/freedom, and it has nothing to do with cost.
Free software must guarantee the following four freedoms:
1. The freedom to use the software for any purpose.
2. The freedom to study how the software works and to make modifications if you wish. Access to the source code is a prerequisite for this.
3. The freedom to share exact copies of the software.
4. The freedom to share your modified versions of the software, so long as the four freedoms are kept intact.
