I rarely participate in these comments, but I really have to share my story with 1 company which has tremendously helped me. I've loaned $ to 2 of my friends and both have yet to pay me back in full (it's been 4+ years). The first friend (ex-friend) took a week long Caribbean vacation with his girlfriend a month after I loaned him the $.... His explanation: "This trip was booked months ago so I have to go." Let's just say I won't be talking to that loser for the rest of my life. As they say, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Fool me a third time and I'll let someone take a bat to my head.

What bites is my sister taking a vacation with her family to Hawaii and she still owed me $3k.
Next time she called needing money I just reminded her she never repaid the last loan and she hung up on me. She didn't speak to me for 4 years. How shallow can some people be?
