If I have disability direct deposit each month how much is my monthly fee

The American Express Bluebird card is not that great. It can't be used as a debit card. That's a given to work for a prepaid card. Their emails are slow (next day) and don't contain the information I would like to see. Setting up new bank accounts to link to it is cumbersome.

Netspend is far superior in their email response times (immediate) and content is exactly what I want to see, ie. purchase amount and remaining balance.

The Rush card and a third of those pre-paid cards are a scam. All it is a alternative way for these companies to capitalize on consumers and make money off of their ignorance. Do not purchase these cards unless you practically love giving your money away to these swindling "companies"

You might want to check yout information regarding rushcard because the information you advised is incorrect. Rushcard has monthly plans you can choose from including an unlimited plan for just 4.95 a month. I work for one of the biggest banks whom I bank with as well. I started getting my payroll direct deposit onto my prepaid rushcard and I love it. I have no complaints. I also get my finds three days earlier vs. my bank account. Rushcard is a very good, feels just like a bank account
