What about Perkstreet? There is no monthly fee if you use the card at least one time in that month. No fee to sign up and no ATM fee if used in network. I've had on for 4 months and have paid absolutely zip in fees. It also has a rewards program.

What the article left out is the fact that RushCard now offers a new lower price that costs only $5.95/month with direct deposit ($7.95 without direct deposit). RushCard is one of the only cards that gives customers a choice between a $5.95 monthly fee plan or only paying for transactions they make with the Pay as You Go plan. Further, RushCard offers several benefits that other cards simply don't have, such as a prescription discount card, discounted health plans and RushGoals that allows consumers to put money aside in a separate account and receive incentives as they work to achieve financial goals.

So Suze Orman is trying to position this as a positive, saying that US News named her card a top 5 prepaid option. The critic rips on her card by suggesting that it's unbelievable that you'll only be charged a $3 monthly fee.
