I really did think that there was some repititon on certain credit issues. However, I am not an credit expert. And I can assume I have room to learn. I did not know most americans or those in credit hell thought their problems go away so easy, (these days of information overload).

It is good to be refreshed on credit news. With all the laws that get passed with each new instalation of qovernments.

Good reminder

Many people are misinformed about bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is not the end but rather a new beginning. You can rebuild your credit after bankruptcy and in a matter of a few years have a very good credit score. For many people, bankruptcy is a great option as it gives them a chance to start anew. I found the article very educational and learned answers to questions I did have. I am glad that one of the opening statements was in defense of people having to chose bankruptcy one way or another. Irresponsibility in most cases is far from why people have to make the choice to go that route.
