I sweated tears working hard to put a great downpayment on my home; 135,000 down payment; The banks gave up to 500,000 loans no cash down to janitors or anybody else, they took the money to their country, allegedly they went under and the bank did a loan mod which brought their payments from 2400/month to 750/month; And here i am who gave a down payment, the bank dont approve my loan mod because i make too much money and/or because my down payment i am not under. The janitors told me they felt like they were born again; Now me I have bust my ass educating my 3 children and its just not fair what did country ( and the republicans under Bush) have done to this country for the last 20 years. The reps are faulty of 911( giving a pilot license to anybody ONE OF THE MANY MISTAKES.) and not being vigilant with the people of the USA. They were more preocupied in Middle east( bla, bla, bla,,...) Obama in the other hand is trying to take care of the USA people which is what should be done first( one should take care of family first.....) All in All to stick to the point, IT is all the banks fault, and i like for the USA GOVT to allow usa citizens who bought houses between 2003 and 2009 to do a massice lawsuit against the banks and legally force the banks to PAYBACK BETWEEN $100,000 TO 1 MILLION DOLLARS TO EACH CITIZEN DUE TO THE LOSS OF PROFIT DUE TO A ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THE BANKS DID BETWEEN 2003 TO 2009, WHICH WAS GIVE LOANS TO ANYBODY OR ANYCAT OUT THERE. THIS IS MY OPINION AS A FREE CITIZEN OF THE USA, AND MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN AROUND ALL THE WAY FROM NEW YORK TO THE CARIBBEAN AND SEEN ENOUGH.....(BACK WHEN HOUSES WERE $2,000 NYC BUILDING) Even if the banks give this money back, they will still make profits, They never lose.

1. That includes retirement (Social Security)
2. Term limits (2 term maximum)
3. Get your own health insurance or if employer provided it ends
with your term and you can pay for it yourself.
4. Travel commercially when not on pertinent government business.
5. Your friends and family do not go on government paid trips.

I have attended a GOOOH (Get out of our House) rally this last summer and like the concept to change the entire House of Representatives. It seems that everone thinks House members are crooked and should be removed, with the exception of their House member. That is why things are getting worse with our government intervention into our lives.
Check out www.GOOOH.com. I joined and offered to represent my district.

1- Term limits
Serving in the congress is an honor not a career. Our founding fathers envisioned citizen legislators. Serve your term then go back to work and home and live with the decisions that you have made.
2-No tenure/ no pension.
A congress collects a salary while in office and recieves no pay when they are out of office.
3-Congress
(past, present and future) participates in social security:
4-Congress can purchase their own retirement plan just as all Americans.
5-Congress can no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
6-Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
7-Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
8-All contracts with past and present legislators are void effective 1/1/2011
The American people did not make this contract with legislators. They made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in congress or the senate is an honor, not a career. The founding fathers envisioned citizen legislators, serve your term, then go home and back to work.
This was sent to me by someone else. I did not write it but I totally agree.

I am 61, my wife and I were down sized last year from well paying jobs. There is just the two of us however without a company healthcare plan I would have to pay almost $1000 a month for the same healthcare plan I had when I worked and paid $280 per month. Can you afford $1000 a month for healthcare? Who says the USA does not need a healthcare plan? Healthcare has been debated for 40 years in the congress and yet the best nation in the world cannot come up with a solution. People who do not want a national healthcare plan is not thinking long term and have been mislead by the media sponsored by the Insurance companies and doctors. Would you want your parents to die because they could not find work or pay for healthcare insurance?
What we really need is term limits so our represent ivies are talking for the people and not special interest groups so they can be reelected. It is estimated a congress person spends over 33% of their time trying to be reelected. They do not work for us, they work for who ever is pay for their reelection.

Why is congress trying to shove a healthcare bill down our throat when we don't want one. From now on, no more D votes from me.
