While there is no quick fix to the home building industry, The House Designers (www.thehousedesigners.com) are very pleased to say that our house plan sales for August have surpassed last year. One can safely say that consumers purchasing house plans will soon be building their homes.

The market is weak right now, but as soon as good news comes out... the builders will lead the charge. They stormed the market with the temporary good news created by the tax credit and they will do it again.
