Must the payment into the CLASS program be while you are employed, or can a person on Medicare pay into the program?

REGULAR PEOPLE, LAY PEOPLE, NO MATTER THE CLASSIFICATION DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW HEALTH CARE AND THE GOVERNMENT OPERATES. RETIREES NOW ARE LUCKY TO LIVE LONGER BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE ALL HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE OF LIVING LONGER.IF THE GOVERNMENT STAY OUT OF OUR BUSINESS WE WOULD ALL BE DEAD AND AND THEN WHAT.IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE WE THE PEOPLE CAN MAKE THE CHANGES TO KEEP ALL LEGAL IMMIGRANTS HERE IN AMERICAN. WE JUST NEED TO DENY THE ILLEGALS AND REFUSE THEM JOBS AND EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE THEN WILL NOT BE ENCOURAGED TO BREAK THE LAW.

Understood everything except CLASS explanation. You pay into the program 5 continuous years, THEN Medicare will pay $50 a day (with no cap) AFTER you become disabled for 90 days or more? What benefit do you get while paying into the program for 5 continuous years? Nothing? What benefit do you get during the 90 days of inability to perform the activities of daily living? Nothing? Request further explanation of CLASS, please.

Why has there been no outrage about the profits all the insurance companies have been receiving on the backs of the working people? If you have no insurance and you have no job, you will still be able to receive health care. However, the health care industry and all the Republicans do not care about everyone else. At least we now have something to work from.

All of these things sound like heaven.
Now tell everyone where all the money to pay for them is going to come from.
Medicare cannot be cut and lots and lots of people be added and still have this kind of thing happen.
Somebody has to be realistic and this health insurance bill definitely is not.
It needs to be repealed and started all over again becaue we do need health CARE reform.

The big news is that all the extremist lobbying was pure bunk.
So health care is complicated and it was easy to twist the facts and scare seniors.
Now it should be clear how much lies cost when lobbyists were spending a the million dollars a day trying to squash healthcare reform.
