How the Health Care Bill Impacts Retirees

If you think this health care bill is the end, just wait until the government continues to take control You can rest assured that cost/benefit decisions, not patient care will rule. If you are over 65 your life won't be worth much

to the liberal bureaucrats and you can be sure medical care will be denied. When the system hits bankruptcy the rug is going to be pulled out from under your medical care, there will be waiting lists with people dying in the que and then you will know what happens when the government makes your health care decisions for you.

Anyone who trusts a politician with a life and death decision is a foo.

I hear a lot about the costs of health care for seniors being paid by young people, who are being mandated to buy health insurance even though they rarely use it. I just passed a group of young people who were all smoking, openly and, I would guess, under-age. They probably don't have a clue about the health care debate, nor the impact on their health that their stupid decisions will have. Likely some of these kids will receive benefits courtesy of the people, either in penal institutions or welfare benefits. We adults are required to lead these kids to be the future of our country, and, until experience helps them understand reality, I am happy to take a portion of their paycheck to indemnify their future care; they don't yet have the sense to plan for themselves.

I think Paul Ryan has put the faacts on the table for you, but you don like to see it what OB I is doing. he is cutting down the HC to put the cut in the budget debt of the usa. He is hiding it under the name of HC to charge you more taxes cut the coast of Medical Bills to use for the debt of the budget. OB I only won his election because of the promiss make illegal legal. he is open up another pot of debt what needs to be fixed in the future if the immigration reform will pass. he will make it happen that it passes, because he needs the voters to get reelected. The problem is Most of them has low payrate jobs and will apply for welfare. If your number of unemployed people increases the tax will go up higher to pay the big holes in debt. ther is no filling a donut hole, you eating the donut.

What's not to like about the healthcare reform for seniors, unless you're a high income senior or one of the crackpot opponents.

All these bs whiners must be pretty tea'd off to find out there's no death panels and granny won't lose her Medicare. Granny is better off for this legistlation.

After all the lies about the healthcare bill, there is a bunch of jerks who are sorely disappointed to find out it actually is good healthcare reform, a real effort to contain health costs, and the largest middle class tax cut ever.

I can empathize with all the losers who have been lied to in trying to stir up opposition to healthcare reform. I got suckered into believing nonsense and should be frustrated that you are so gullible and didn't bother to pay attention to anyone credible.

You liberals just don't get it! You all want to tax the rich and reward the lazy. Your mentality has never produced a program that works yet. The Federal government screws up everything it touches and now you all want to be health czars. Nov. is around the corner and if this country hasn't learned it's lesson by then it deserves what will be down the road. I have beautiful grandchildren and this friend of bombers and America haters is going to make their life hell and probably that of their children as well. Sol Alinski has lead these people on the road to the destruction of America and it looks like they are succeeding. Stand up America. Your voice has never been more important. Do it peacefully but do it with passion and conviction. We didn't need this massive health care bill but we do need a massive change in how our federal government operates and we do need it now. Stay peaceful friends.

I have two sons without healthcare and preexisting conditions. Healthcare needed a fix, not to be discarded and replaced. The new plan is not about health anyway. It is Obama's plan to control the people and this is one of the best ways to start. It's been done before by other socialists and marxists. The healthcare plan is not about healthcare. In a time where there are more giveaways, this will not last. We have more entitlements than anything else. We don't have the monies to back these things up. Then they don't want the lower income people to even have to pay. Since when do people have an appreciation for something that is given at no cost. They don't. My own sister has lived on welfare for 19 years. It gave her a masters, medical care, and a roof over her head. She thinks she is entitled. I don't!

got a lot of what they wanted. You got a little. STILL, it's better than no bill, no change, no effort toward progress, and having the tea bagging detrators crowing about THEIR plan---which was nothing but their hope to negate all the state insurance laws (selling across state lines) and fix you so you couldn't sue anybody no matter what (tort reform). Always remember, the Republicans never offered another single thing but those two.

Common Sense has finally prevailed. Health can be debated as long

as the debater is not the patient. It is amazing that the realistic

view is only seen when Health Care becomes personal.Take a look back at several individuals who recently spoke harshly of Health Care Reform, their next extended stay was the nearest Emergency Room. When a personal visit to the Operating Room takes place my how views change.Oh! I forgot you were to educated for the common sense view. Great Job! Mr.President the Health Care Reform is Law.
