There's this newish website, www.seasonedspender.com, that list something like 25,000 discounts for seniors. I've saved a lot of money using these. It's free -- which is a pretty good price. :-D

Some Subway stores,Elephant bar restaurants, and some arbys also offer senior discounts, as well as some movie theaters. (cerritos cinema) in my area does daily

Owners and managers get to decide how to run their businesses including how to attract more of it. This is usually accomplished by a form of advertising. Seniors have money and need to spend some of it. A match made in capitalism.
