Since my last post, the Nebraska Attorney General has again referred the $2900 of premiums to the Health Department which previously took months to get the complaint to the correct jurisdiction in Washington D.C. Nebraska claims they are not involved in the repayment of $2900 of Nebraska Court ordered premium, of which a $1400 claim was denied, being covered up to 6 months in their handbook and now I have asked for the entire premium amount of $2900 refunded. Four other states have filed against this HMO for fraud but Nebraska has sidestepped fraud by HMO's but continue to enforce fraudulent billing charges by medical vending billing services. Thus you must pay by fraudulent charges, court ordered premium payments, however

Nebraska unlike four other states that charged the HMO for fraud. My fourth complaint to the Attorney General of Nebraska has been again given to the Health Department that does nothing.

Once the Attorney General gives the matter over to the Health Department it is a dead issue. American citizens are considered too old to have children perhaps, but illegals can received health care as the testamony on utube by one Florida Hospital the health care representative admits before Congress folding in the health care costs of illegals to medium income citizens, thus making it impossible for medium income citizens to enjoy the privleges of Article 4 Section 2 and the 18th amendment. Instead of the privleges of citizenship, the privleges are redirected towards illegals, taking away freedom as defined as disposable income of medium income families. Hence the medium income famileis are going without medical while illegals are enjoy the privleges that our own hard working citizens are denied. What is most unbeliveable is Congress setting there listening to testamony, knowing that millions of medium income Americans are being fraudulently charged and they do nothing to charge the healh care industry with fraud. Now we're hearing about a national value added tax, which will further crush medium income and the $250,000 income brackets who cannot hire employees to help the recovery of the economy, but they must save to pay the taxes and rising health care costs for illegals and to the millions on ADC whom for generations will not work as the crime rate in black neighborhoods rises significantly.

We see a national economic squeeze in the low income provisions which the working Americans are being exasperated beyond their abilities. When legislatures are bed partners with lobbyists and the citizens become more and more the victims of this colaberation of state and industry, the economy will continue to deteoriate. Who is left to pay all the costs of the illegals and those on ADC in their fourth generation of collecting benefits for spreading their legs. God commands charity to the poor however it was never that a man could not care for his own in virture of the creation of a welfare state for non citizens and the lazy.

I have been searching for several days for a doctor that will take a new Medicare patient. It seems they will only take someone (and those are few) if the person has been a patient for several years with them.

What good does it do to have Medicare and a supplemental insurance if no doctor will take you??

I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE A NEW LAW ABOUT HEALTHCARE OR MAKE MEDICARE START AT 55 FOR SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE IN POOR HEALTH, YOU HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE STRUGGLING TO PAY FOR HEALTHCARE. I PLAN ON RETIRING NEXT YEAR AT 63, I WON'T HAVE HEALTHCARE AND I HAVE A LOT OF HEALTH ISSUES. IT WON'T BE EASY IF I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET.

I was ordered by the court to retain health insurance.

We were given an order, at my request, to remove my two children to a foreign country as our medical premiums at age 65 would cost 50% of the U.S. medium income plus co-pays that HMO's and health care venders before Congress in congressional committees were proclaimed by the HMO's and health care representatives to fold in illegals bills into those of medium income Americans. I submitted a claim to my HMO via fax

and had my accountant mail UHC a claim for $1400 which

under the policy provisions is payable up to six months

outside the domestic U.S.A. The HMO refused to pay

advising they never received the claim. I paid the

premiums as directed by a previous court order, still

in effect while we were outside the U.S. I paid 8 months

premiums at $140 a month for claims UHC would not pay and

months the policy would not pay under its provisons.

Who should reimburse me the $1400 in premiums of which

my claim for $1400 was denied and two months the policy

provisions did not cover?

Also, congress was in testamonies before Congress advised by

HMO's and health care institutions who admitted billing medium income famlies with the medical bills of illegals?

Then when the ponzo sheme occurred, Congress was questioning

the financial instututions are to their role in the ecnomic collapse. How is it, that Congress itself listened to several

testamonies by HMO's and health care representatives that claimed to be defrauding U.S. citizens and did nothing to stop

the crime? How is it Congress knowing full well Americans must relocate to other countries to surive the costs of illegals

can set there and listen to testamony of the health care industry committing fraud against U.S. citizens families health care costs? How can district courts in the U.S. order the custodial parent to provide via HMO's premiums when the HMO's

do not pay when a claim is presented except by a physician.

It used to be the insured had to file the claims, then the

physicians billing services took that responsibility and now

a valid claim within the scope of the policy provisions are denied.

Great -- Just what we need -- More Government intrusion in our life. Take care of yourself and throw the liberal politicans out of office. They are doing more harm to this country than ever under the current administration.

I am Australian citizen living and working in the US. When I reach retiring age, I will return to Australia where healthcare is superior to that offered in America. We have universal healthcare which works really well. You can buy private health insurance if you want. Many Australians don't buy private health insurance and opt-out for medicare (universal healthcare name in Australia).

Why such a wealthy nation like America cannot offer universal healthcare is beyond me. Most western nations have some form universal healthcare.
